NWAPA Membership Form

By submitting the below form, you agree to the following fee structures and dues required.

Membership Dues for the Fall Season will be $200.00 per school. Membership Dues for the Winter Season will be $150.00 per school. Check must be made payable to NWAPA.

Fall season fees:
Checks must be made payable to NWAPA. There will be a Registration Fee of $200.00 for all Bands for each field competition in addition to dues. This is payable the NWAPA.

Winter Season Fees:
2010 NWAPA Winter Membership Fees are $775.00 for HS or Independent Units and $450.00 for Middle School or Cadet Units. The membership fee includes UNLIMITED entries at ALL NWAPA sanctioned events.

Non circuit members pay a per show entry fee of $250.00. Non circuit members are not eligible for the NWAPA Championships.

All membership fees and / or per show entry fees are payable to NWAPA. The mailing address is listed below:
