11/18/2009 * NWAPA Winter Meetings

A general mass e-mail was sent to all NWAPA members / users in regard to meetings for the 2010 NWAPA Winter Season.

There were approximately 20 of those e-mails that were bounced back as undeliverable.  Please make sure that your e-mail address is current on the NWAPA website.

This e-mail is a reminder that there will be two important meetings for the up and coming winter season.  It is important for all winter member units to have a representative at these meetings.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

2010 Winter Show Sponsor Meeting - Tuesday, December 1st @ 7 PM at Afrique Restaurant on the corner of NE Russell Ave and NE Rodney Ave in Portland.  This meeting will address concerns and solutions that the winter show sponsors have brought to the NWAPA board of officers.  The show sponsors and the NWAPA board of officers are meeting to coordinate a system that benefits the entire winter membership.  The 2010 membership dues structure will be finalized to submit to the general membership at the Fall wrap-up meeting on Sunday, December 6th.  This meeting will need to occur BEFORE the 2010 NWAPA Handbook can be updated.  

2010 General Winter Meeting and Show Draw - Saturday, December 12th.

The details on the exact location and times will be posted on the NWAPA website as soon as they become available.  Check the website every couple of days for updates.
